What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files sent from the site to the interested party's terminal (usually to the browser), where they are stored before being re-transmitted to the site at the next visit by the same user. A third classification is about the nature of these cookie

    They are not used for other purposes and are usually installed directly by the owner or manager of the website. They can be divided into:
    • Navigation or session cookies, which guarantee the normal navigation and use of the website (allowing, for example, to make a purchase or authenticate to access restricted areas); they are in fact necessary for the proper functioning of the site.
    • Analytical cookies, similar to technical cookies when used directly by the site manager to collect information, in aggregate form, about the number of users and how they visit the site, in order to improve the performance of the site.
    • Functionality cookies, which allow the user to navigate according to a series of selected criteria (for example, the language, the products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service provided. The prior consent of users is not required for the installation of these cookies.
  • Marketing cookies
  • Cookies that manage site advertising. They can record and report on the user’s actions on the site after viewing or clicking one of the advertiser's advertisements, or they are used to share the page through social media. For the use of marketing cookies, the consent of the interested party is required.
  • Profiling cookies/li> Profiling cookies are designed to create user profiles and are used in order to send advertising messages in line with preferences manifested by the same in the context of surfing the net. For the use of profiling cookies, the consent of the interested party is required.

      2. Communicate to the sites the willingness to be tracked;
      3. Do not communicate any preference regarding the tracking of personal data.
    8. From the “History” section, it’s possible:
      1. Enabling "use custom settings", select to accept third-party cookies and keep them for a specific period;
      2. Remove Individual stored Cookies,
  • Internet Explorer
    1. Run Internet Explorer.
    2. Click on the Tools button and choose Internet Options
    3. Click on the Privacy tab and, in the Settings section, change the slider according to the desired action for cookies:
      1. Block all cookies
      2. Allow all cookies
      3. Select the sites from which obtain cookies: move the cursor to an intermediate position in order to block or allow all cookies, then press on “Sites”, in the “Website Address” box enter a website and then press “Block or Allow”.
  • Safari 11
    1. Run Safari.
    2. Click on Safari, select Preferences and click on Privacy
    3. In the “Block cookies” section, specify how Safari must accept cookies from websites.
    4. To see which sites have stored cookies, click on Details.
  • Safari IOS (mobile devices)
    1. Run Safari.

    1. Run Opera.

User rights

User may exercise certain rights with reference to the Data processed by the Data Controller. In particular, the User has the following rights:

  • 2. Right of access - right to submit a "request for access to data by the interested party"
  • 3. Right of rectification - Right to demand the correction of personal data if they are incomplete or incorrect;
