Once again, Marmomac 2025, the leading natural stone fair for the industry, delivered an unforgettable experience. Now in its 59th edition, the fair’s mission is clear and embodied in its tagline: “STONE TAKES THE STAGE“.
From September 23 to 26, natural stone and marble were the true stars of an international Expo that continues to prove its global importance—not just within Italy, but around the world.
At DDX, we’ve proudly taken part in Marmomac for over 21 years, showcasing our latest innovations and software solutions designed specifically for the stone industry.
Marmomac 2025: Fair Layout
Each year, Marmomac attracts thousands of professionals from across the stone supply chain. This year’s edition featured over 1,400 exhibitors—66% of whom came from outside Italy—and occupied more than 76,000 square meters of exhibition space.
Veronafiere underwent a complete transformation for the event, hosting 12 indoor halls and 8 outdoor areas. The layout perfectly captured the fair’s objective: to foster dialogue between players in the stone sector while showcasing the evolution of raw materials into design objects.
But what really defines natural stone? Marmomac 2025 sought to answer this question through three specialized sections:
- Materia: Focused on the physical properties of stone and a territorial narrative celebrating Italian excellence.
- Technology: Showcased cutting-edge software and machinery for stone processing.
- Design: A fresh take on architecture, art, and décor. The Plus Theatre hosted exhibitions, workshops, and talks on key industry trends.

PowerTOP
At Marmomac 2025, we showcased three new tools in PowerTOP:
- 3D Sinks: Design flush-mount and under-mount sinks from the same slab as the countertop for a refined, elegant finish.
- Advanced DXF Import: Import, edit, and rebuild 2D toolpaths from DXF files generated by CAD software or measuring devices—then generate a full 3D model with built-in vein matching.
- 3D Import: Work directly on the countertop in the final room layout by importing 3D models.
DDXPhoto
With DDXPhoto, you can capture high-quality images of your slabs. These images are saved in the EasySTONE® slab inventory and can be used during design and Nesting operations.
XFactory
Real-time production monitoring, centralized resource management, and data analysis: these are the needs of today’s stone fabricators—from SMEs to large enterprises.
At Marmomac 2025, we introduced XFactory, our platform for complete workflow control, helping companies boost performance, speed, and operating margins.
We’d like to thank every visitor who stopped by our Marmomac booth, attended a live product demo, or simply took the time to discuss the future of the stone industry with our team. Each conversation was a valuable opportunity for insight and reflection.
