The Role

You will join our Software Development team through a gradual and progressive integration process. From the very beginning you’ll be involved in real projects, working alongside experienced colleagues who will help you develop your skills and achieve autonomy. During the initial period, you’ll work on-site to support integration and training through our DDX Academy – a structured program developed in collaboration with the University of Bergamo and the School of Advanced Education.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Web Developer, capable of independently managing complex projects and actively contributing to the technical growth of the team. Your contribution will be twofold: on one hand, you will be involved in the design and implementation of advanced front-end and back-end applications; on the other hand, you will play an active role in transferring knowledge to junior colleagues through mentoring, code reviews, and shared design. You will also be involved in the training activities of our DDX Academy, both as a learner or, if you wish, as a teacher or co-trainer.

The Role

Your journey will begin with an intensive, in-person onboarding phase, during which you will be supported by experienced developers to strengthen your foundations and gain autonomy. The Role

You will be responsible for post-sales technical support at customers’ and partners’ sites, with tasks ranging from software configuration to on-site installation, and end-user training. You will play a central role in customer relations, helping them get the most out of DDX solutions. The job includes frequent travel, both in Italy and abroad, as well as remote work or work at our headquarters in Brembate di Sopra (BG).
