Design
Design your bathroom or kitchen countertop by creating a parametric model or importing a 2D or 3D drawing from one of the compatible formats.
Customization
Customize your parametric model by adding configurable backsplashes, single and double profiles, standard, built-in, or 3D sinks, cooktops, plates, reinforcement and support kits.
Warehouse Management
You can check the list of raw materials, along with the corresponding material you need to retrieve from the warehouse to carry out a specific job.
Materials
Thanks to Slab Manager, the online slab database synchronized with your company, you can select the natural or synthetic materials available and keep your warehouse up-to-date at all times.
Nesting
With Nesting, you can position the pieces directly on the slab for significant material savings and a neat aesthetic finish.
Production Time Management
In XFactory’s “Job Execution”, you can monitor the execution time of the processed piece on the machine. Once the operation is complete, the following data will be saved:
- the date;
- the start and end time of the process;
- the total execution time.
Vein-matching
Achieve a harmonious and refined aesthetic effect with 3D vein-matching. Enhance your kitchen or bathroom countertop with continuous veining, providing consistency, uniformity, and elegance.
Order Management
Go from design to order in just a few clicks. Add all the relevant information and prices for each item to the technical drawing to finalize your order.
Role Management
Once authenticated via reader (barcode, QR Code, RFID, etc.) or by entering login credentials, the operator confirms the assigned activities at the station they are working on. The goal is to define the runtime status and task monitoring.
BOM + Quotation
Define the measurements of each element of your project using the Bill of Materials (BOM) and create your quote calculated using the pricing rules in the database.
Technical Prints
With PowerTOP, you can produce highly customizable technical prints. This allows you to obtain accurate reports based on your production needs.
Statistics
Thanks to integration with Microsoft Power BI, XFactory allows you to view production statistics using real-time data collected from each station, whether manual or CNC. The strength of this feature lies in the customization of the layout to highlight the most relevant data.
