How Can I Tell If I'm Already Registered?

Think you may have registered for the DDX Customer Area but want to be completely sure? Here's a simple trick: try resetting your password. It's a quick way to verify your registration without creating a new account.

Follow these steps.

  • Go to the login screen by clicking the hamburger menu on our brand-new website Homepage. Select "Your Area" to access the page you're interested in.
  • Click "Forgot your password?".
  • Enter your e-mail address. If your email is already in our system, you'll receive a message with a link to create a new password and access your account.

On the other hand, if the system doesn't recognize your email, you'll be informed that there's no account associated with it. In that case, you'll need to go through the account registration process again.

If you've completed your account registration but haven't received a confirmation email yet, don't worry. There are a few simple checks you can do to verify your registration status.

Make sure the email address you entered during account registration was correct.

Common Reasons You Didn't Receive a Registration Email

Still no confirmation email of your account registration? Here are a few common reasons.

Sometimes, the verification email may have landed in your Spam or Junk folders. Be sure to check those. Moreover, make sure the sender address xauth@ddxgroup.com isn't being blocked or filtered by your email provider.

Confirmation emails can take up to 24 hours to arrive.
