So wie jene, die unser qualifizierter Techniker Giuseppe Buttic\u00e8 bei <strong>Bit Gml<\/strong> auf einem<strong> CMS 3 Achsen Bearbeitungszentrum<\/strong> durchgef\u00fchrt hat. <\/p>\n<p>Interessant war dieser Einsatz weniger wegen der Komplexit\u00e4t der CNC-Maschine, sondern vielmehr wegen der Art und Weise, wie <strong>das Nesting-Modul von EasyWOOD<\/strong> v\u00f6llig eigenst\u00e4ndig Teile innerhalb anderer Elemente platziert und dabei die Verschnitt\u00f6ffnungen in <strong>40 Millimeter starken MDF-Platten<\/strong> genutzt hat. Das Ergebnis? Die Auftr\u00e4ge sind h\u00e4ufig komplex, und jede Stunde, die f\u00fcr die Programmierung der Maschine aufgewendet wird, schl\u00e4gt sich im Angebotspreis nieder. Dasselbe gilt f\u00fcr das <strong>Material<\/strong>, das gerade bei Bl\u00f6cken und Platten aus MDF alles andere als geringwertig ist.  <\/p>\n<p>Bit Gml arbeitet in allen Projektphasen eng mit dem Kunden zusammen, von der Entwicklung bis zur Produktion. So entstand eine Verschachtelung, die den \u201eLeerraum&#8220; der bereits platzierten Bauteile nutzt. Auf diese Weise wird der Verschnitt auf ein Minimum reduziert und die Ausbeute jeder MDF-Platte maximiert.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-4 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;--awb-font-size:var(--awb-typography3-font-size);\"><h3 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"font-family:var(--awb-typography3-font-family);font-weight:var(--awb-typography3-font-weight);font-style:var(--awb-typography3-font-style);margin:0;letter-spacing:var(--awb-typography3-letter-spacing);text-transform:var(--awb-typography3-text-transform);font-size:1em;line-height:var(--awb-typography3-line-height);\">Von der Zeichnung zum Maschinencode, ganz ohne manuelle Eingriffe<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\"><p><strong>S\u00e4mtliche Bearbeitungen wurden vom automatischen CAM erzeugt<\/strong>, ohne jeden Eingriff des Bedieners.<\/p>\n<p>Konkret leistet EasyWOOD Folgendes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>es <strong>analysiert das Material<\/strong> und <strong>erkennt die zu bearbeitenden Geometrien<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>es programmiert die Werkzeugbahn<\/strong> eigenst\u00e4ndig;<\/li>\n<li><strong>es wendet die korrekte Abfolge<\/strong> der Operationen an;<\/li>\n<li>es erzeugt den <strong>maschinenfertigen Code<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Der Bediener muss nur noch kontrollieren, statt den Code von Grund auf zu schreiben.
