PowerSTAIRS is the ideal software solution for the parametric design of standard and custom-made staircases. With PowerSTAIRS the design and the production of staircases is within everybody’s reach: the user doesn’t need to draw any part, then he simply has to choose the staircase type and enter the required data (dimensions, thickness, etc.).

Design
PowerSTAIRS allows you to easily design straight, “L-shaped”, “U-shaped”, “S-shaped”, spiral, circular, five and six flights staircases.
With PowerSTAIRS it is also possible to design and show in 3D coverings, self-supporting staircases with wooden or iron handrails, stringers, racks, modular, laser-cut stringers, spacers.
PowerSTAIRS manages out-of-s
quares, balustrades, recesses for pillars, walls niches, radiuses, fillets and bell shapes and generates automatically straight, curved, balanced and winder treads, footpaces, risers, rack and closed stringers, posts, handrails, columns, staff beads, covers and joints with the necessary machinings (drillings, mortises, tenons, etc.) to assemble stairs.
The geometry (junctions included) of each workpiece is automatically saved in a DXF file (one for every piece).
PowerSTAIRS is useful also for the marketing of staircases: every joiner’s workshop can store its own catalogue of the materials, of the prices, etc. It can also generate estimates, confirmations of orders and print-outs of the staircase designed.
Production
PowerSTAIRS is a complete software: it generates the estimate of costs and the raw cutting list and carries out the scale print-out (also 1:1 and with scroll option) of each workpiece with relevant dimensions.
PowerSTAIRS generates automatically the NC-programs for the machining of workpieces onboard the machining centre.
PoweSTAIRS, linked to DDX software EasyWOOD, automatically generates the part programs for windows and doors and displays machining 3D simulation with 3D model of the machining centre, of tables, tools, underpieces and pieces. Besides simulation, PowerSTAIRS with EasyWOOD has a special module to control every possible collision of the machine with pieces, underpieces and tools.
