EASYCUT is the CAD/CAM software specific for marble, granite, stone and similar materials working industry by numerically controlled BRIDGE SAWS.
EasyCUT has been conceived in order to be the NC user’s interface and to be installed directly on the machine and also in the office (off-line).

EasyCUT allows to do any kind of bridge saw machining: flat machining, profile machinings (both for stone slabs and blocks). With the possibility to choose between marble and granit, the Customer is sure that the process fits perfectly to the features of the chosen stone.
1. CAD Module

EasyCUT has a CAD part to design free geometrical entities and to set as background the scaled image of the stone slab. EasyCUT imports 2D and 3D standard formats DXF, ISO, HPGL from other CAD/CAM systems and defines surfaces by laser scanning (point file).
EasyCUT includes 3D view and photo-realistic rendering of the project and the interactive modification and elaboration of designs thanks to the function cut, extend, split, join, interpolate, copy, move, mirror, rotate, delete.
2. Machinings 
The FLAT MACHININGS are: single cuts, multiple cuts, inclined cuts, big radius cuts, circular cuts, flattening cut.
The PROFILE MACHININGS are: roughing, profiling, transversal finishing, concave and convex profile machinings, interrupted cuts, copy from a template, contouring, machinings with conic blade.
The program manages rectangular and irregular shaped roughing.
EasyCUT allows graphic 3D simulation of the machining process with virtual milling, with the check of the eventual mistakes and of possible collisions; the simulation is realistic because it shows the 3D model of the bridge saw, of the table, of motors, tools and pieces. The automatic collision detection module reduces testing, ensures less material and power consumption and consequently respects the environment.
3. Installation on the machine
EasyCUT, installed on the machine, simplifies the bridge saw use:
- current dimensions display (with the Cartesian zero= machine zero or piece zero);
- spindle feed and speed display (in percentage);
- current absorption display (in percentage);
- PLC and NC errors display;
- machine axis reset;
- manual or automatic setting of the working;
- manual positioning of axis;
- current piece machining program direct activation;
- machining activation of a stored-up piece;
- semi-automatic and direct execution of the controls;
- blank definition by the machine axis.
