The on-line and telephonic assistance guarantees a rapid and precise support to the customer. Clicking on the e-assistance button, the software generates automatically an e-mail and attaches all the files that allow to our staff to be updated them on the customer's situation and solve the problems.

The advantages are:

1. it's not necessary to know the e-mail software: the mail is automatically generated and the customer has just to click on "Send".
2. the assistance service is very fast.
3. working in this way reduces costs and waste of time. It's always possible to call our staff using telephone or VOIP line (without costs).
