The Support and Maintenance Annual Subscription is an investment which ensures continuity to your business:
- the warranty of your software is extended during the whole of the subscription;
- you can have a telephone, e-mail and internet assistance service (operating 8 hours a day);
- you have the access to the Customers Area to download for free, whenever you want, the latest release of the software;
- you have a backup service for the configurations of your software.
The support and maintenance subscription is valid for 12 months and it can be renewed every year giving you the opportunity to work with up-to-date solutions supported by a team of specialists.
