Our Quality Concept

Customer satisfaction is so important for DDX that we decided to use it as an evaluation parameter for measuring our performance quality level.

This choice led DDX to focus on four main points the certified quality system:

  1. Sales Quality: DDX' Customer is followed by experts who analize the customer's requirements in order to propose the best solution in terms of costs and benefits, according to company ethics.
  2. Process Quality: constant monitoring and the progressive improvement of primary and support processes give strength to the company's efficiency and also give the Customer a sense of reliability.
  3. Products Quality: means that DDX products' reliability and versatility give the Customer the possibility to work smoothly even following the production flexibility required by the market.
  4. Service Quality: DDX works to protect the Customers' interest and to create a long term collaboration with them ensuring internet and telephone support.
